Where we ship

BORA ships to the United States and Canada.

Processing time

We pack and ship most orders within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Around holidays and busy periods it can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times

• Standard shipping: $12, delivered in 3–5 business days after it ships. Free on orders of $75 or more.
• Express shipping: $20, delivered in 1–2 business days after it ships.

Your shipping options and the final cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Auto Refill orders

Each Auto Refill order ships automatically on its billing date, using the same shipping method as your first order. You can pause, skip or cancel your Auto Refill at any time before your next billing date, as described in our Cancellation policy.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@borabeauty.co with your order number and we will make it right.
